1. Upload and level
You upload two or three portraits from the set and choose a level: light, medium or full. A few finished portraits from your own work help us match your style.
2. Test and quote
We retouch the test portraits and send them with a written quote: the number of portraits, the level, revision rounds and the turnaround. Nothing else starts until you accept.
3. The set
We retouch the full set to the approved test. If a portrait needs something outside the agreed level, we ask before doing it.
4. Delivery and changes
Finished files arrive in a shared folder, cropped and sized as agreed. Changes within the agreed rounds are included; extra rounds are priced before we do them.

Your portraits
Portraits are personal. They stay private, are used only for your order and are never published. If part of the work goes to a production partner, they work under a confidentiality agreement. See the privacy policy.
